Disgusting company ????????????. They send me wrong product and now they want me to create me another expenses because they are useless.You will be reported to trading standarts today!!! I hope they will sort you out. Company like you should NOT EXIST!!!Terrible service worst on the market overpriced rubbish!!!????????
I normally love the products, but I would never buy anything from the website directly, and maybe I will move away from hue products altogether following this experience. They don't take support requests under consideration, it's simply one-way communication. Doesn't give updates about the order or the support ticket. I purchased a products, and after not being shipped for three weeks I wanted to cancel it with a ticket (and also with a direct call) They took my request, but they still shipped the product one week later. And I found out about this another week further when I called them directly. And I'll simply return it, they cost me a fair amount of time with this and hopefully it'll be the last.
